THE NATIONAL UFO REPORTING CENTER We have received an unconfirmed report that a
resident of the area was witness to a bright flash of light on Thursday night in
the general area of the formation. Also, we have been apprised that another resident
of the area succeeded in photographing with his cell phone camera a peculiar object
that he allegedly witnessed hovering near him. We are actively pursuing more information
about both of these unconfirmed reports.

UFO Mysteries - A UFO is a general term used for any “unidentified flying object”
in the sky which cannot be discerned by an observer . Most UFOs remain classified
as so even after they have been investigated. The UFO phenomenon dates back as far
as the beginning of recorded history, but UFO sightings have significantly increased
since the mid 1940s.

This section of our website contains many of the best UFO photographs ever taken.
The list is by no means complete. We do not assert that all of the images on these
pages represent extraterrestrial controlled spacecraft. New pictures are added as
they are found and verified, so please come back to see updates.

This catalog contains over 340 photographs. There are at least an estimated 10,000
photographic cases of UFOs. Many of the photographs (including some of the largest
collections) are held by several private researchers and organizations. One organization
has compiled 5,000 UFO photographs and photographic cases, and another leading UFO
researcher also has approximately 4,000. These collections are not currently fully
accessible to the public.

UFOS AND EXTRATERRESTRIALS - FROM THE BEGINNING TO NOW Two-Hour Primetime Special
Airs Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005 at 8 p.m. ET Almost 50 percent of Americans, according
to recent polls, and millions of people elsewhere in the world believe that UFOs
are real. For many it is a deeply held belief. For decades there have been sightings
of UFOs by millions and millions of people. It is a mystery that only science can
solve, and yet the phenomenon remains largely unexamined. Most of the reporting
on this subject by the mainstream media holds those who claim to have seen UFOs
up to ridicule.

Ufology is the study of what I consider to be Unconventional Flying Objects. Unconventional
in the sense, not any way similar to our present technology of flight concepts and
patterns (as far as we know). True, a lot of UFO sightings are actually explainable
as either conventional air craft, or new military air craft we are un-aware of.
Yet there are sightings which cannot be explained.

What's a UFO? Since man first started looking up into the skies he saw things he
couldn't explain. For the last fifty years or so these things have taken on the
label "UFOs." Originally an abbreviation for the Air Force term "Unidentified Flying
Object", it has become a synonym to most people for "Alien Spaceship." For the Air
Force, though, it is simply a term to refer to something in the skies that the observer
can see but not recognize.

Loch Ness Monster
Since 1933 Nessie sightings have been reported quite regularly. There are three
possible explanations for these reports: 1) Nessie really does exist, and the sightings
are evidence of this; 2) People overly eager to believe the legend are interpreting
any unusual movement or shape in the water as Nessie; and 3) people are lying about
what they’ve seen.

Loch Ness "monster"
The Loch Ness "monster" -- affectionately known as "Nessie" -- is an alleged plesiosaur-like
creature living in Loch Ness, a long, deep lake near Inverness, Scotland. Many sightings
of the "monster" have been recorded, going back at least as far as St. Columba,
the Irish monk wThe Fake in the Lakeho converted most of Scotland to Christianity
in the 6th century.
skepdic.com/nessie.html
The Loch Ness Monster, affectionately known as Nessie by the locals, is said to
live in the large Loch Ness Lake in Scotland. Loch Ness Lake is 22 miles long, about
a mile wide, and at it's deepest point it is 950 feet deep. In a nearly inaccessible,
remote area up until the early 1930's, Loch Ness Lake is part of the Great Glen
which runs like a deep crack clear across Scotland. A small town, Fort Augustus
is located at the southern end of the lake, and the town of Inverness is located
at the northern end of the lake.

Bigfoot, or more specifically a Bigfoot family has lived in our area for decades;
perhaps hundreds of years. My father began tracking and observing bigfoot in the
1950's, and I have continued my father's research of this magnificent bigfoot family.
Now, my sons also have followed in our footsteps, and have been recording our own
personal bigfoot sightings and activity in notes, videos and pictures.

If the Himalayas of Asia has it's Yeti, the Pacific Northwest of America has it's
Bigfoot: A hairy, ape-like, biped that stands seven to nine feet tall and weighs
between 600 and 900 pounds. Bigfoot, or as it's often called in Canada, the Sasquatch,
is mentioned in several native American legends. In fact, the term "Sasquatch" is
Indian for "hairy giant."
www.unmuseum.org/bigfoot.htm
Reports of a large, human like creature in the Himalayas have been found as far
back as 1832. In that year, B.H. Hodgson wrote in The Journal of the Asiatic Society
of Bengal of a human-like biped that walked erect and was covered in dark hair.
He stated that the local people, called Sherpas, told him it was a demon...
www.spartechsoftware.com/dimensions/creatures/Yeti.htm
This creature has many names but the most well known is the Abominable Snowman.
You may have come to know him as Yeti, The Great Bear, or Raksha (Sanskrit for demon)
but do not get him confused with Bigfoot or Sasquatch. That is another beast that
is under completely different studies for what he actually is. Why is the word "snowman"
in his name? The Himalayas, the biggest mountain range in the world, is extremely
cold with snow and ice all around. It is hard to believe that this creature might
be partly human, if it can survive such a cold, harsh climate. See a picture of
this creature at the bottom of the page!

Yeti: Abominable Snowman of the Himalayas - The Himalaya Mountains, the highest
range on Earth, have been referred to as the "roof of the world." If that is so,
there is a mystery called the Yeti in our attic. In Tibetan the word means "magical
creature" and truly it is a seemingly supernatural enigma in the shape of a hairy,
biped creature that resembles a giant ape.

Abominable Snowman, William L. Straus, Jr. During recent years, stories have been
coming out of India and Tibet about a giant mammal that lives above the snow line.
According to some accounts, this creature is more than 7 feet in height, walks erect,
has an apelike head and face, and is covered with heavy blond or reddish hair. The
name "Abominable Snowman" has been given to the animal; the implication, of course,
is that it is some sort of giant primate.

Bermuda-Triangle.Org is the web site of Gian J. Quasar. It originally began in 1999
as his massive database on the Bermuda Triangle until the publication of his book,
Into the Bermuda Triangle. Now it is also the personal website of the author, not
only containing the Bermuda Triangle database but keeping everyone updated on his
several other books, events and projects.
www.bermuda-triangle.org/
This site is a compilation of data from 1492 to 2001 on over 170 disappearances
of ships, boats, planes and other phenomena which have occurred in or near (sometimes
far!)the area known as "The Bermuda Triangle". The amount of discrepancies in the
documentation is astounding. Some of the disappearances occurred far from the boundaries
of the triangle, some occurred in very bad storms and rough seas, some have other
factors which might be responsible, some have no facts that can be verified, but
there are a few that are quite strange.

An American archaeological team has discovered definitive evidence of underwater
ancient harbor remains at two separate locations at Bimini. A hoax begun in 1978
by skeptics has also been uncovered. 11-12-05 (I-Newswire) - Archaeologist William
Donato and a team of researchers have confirmed a complex of ancient harbor works
in shallow water off Bimini, 50 miles from Miami. In May 2005, the team investigated
a little-known line of underwater stones located a mile from a controversial site
known as the “Bimini Road.”

The Roswell UFO Incident involved the recovery of materials near Roswell, New Mexico,
USA, in July 1947, which has since become the subject of intense speculation, rumor
and questioning. There are widely divergent views on what actually happened and
passionate debate about what evidence can be believed. The United States military
maintains that what was recovered was a top-secret research balloon that had crashed.
